Great news – the land has now registered with the Land Titles Office.

This means Council should be in a position to release any complying building applications.

We look forward to seeing lots of new homes in this great suburb!

The documentation was submitted last week to the Land Titles Office in Sydney for registration!!

As a rule, the registration process generally takes 6-8 weeks but in some cases it has registered in as little as 4.

Won’t be too long now and we should be ready to start settling on the lots!

Boorooma Plans have been submitted to Council

Plans have finally been submitted to Wagga Wagga City Council for the land in Boorooma.

We expect that plans should be released to the Lands Titles Office in Sydney for registration in approximately 3 weeks.

Please note that if any issues are identified by Council, this may take longer as those issues will need to be rectified.

We will keep our fingers and toes crossed!!

The draft linen plan has finally been submitted to Wagga Wagga City Council. Once the plans have been thoroughly checked over, and providing no issues are identified, we anticipate the plans will be sent off to The Lands Titles Office in Sydney for registration, hopefully within the next 3 weeks.

Please note that if there are any issues, this would cause a further delay as those issues would need to be rectified.

We will keep our fingers and toes crossed that there aren’t any.

Tatton Stage 12 – The roads are sealed!

The road linking Brindabella Drive and Plumpton Road has been completed.

It wont be too much longer before it is open for you to cruise along on.

Works are continuing on the gas infrastructure and the water retention basin and we expect all services to be completed within a month (fingers crossed).

Let’s hope this fine weather we have been experiencing over the past week continues until the subdivision has been completed.

Boorooma Street Lights

Talk about hot property!

It appears everybody is wanting a piece of the action with another 8 blocks being sold in the first stage of Boorooma!

The street lights are all but complete and approximately half the roads have been sealed.

If your heading out for a look at the blocks, please be mindful of the machinery and the workmen.

The works have commenced for Lots 38-44 Gibson Street and it is full steam ahead!

All going well, we are still on track for December registration.

The roads are progressing much to our delight, with the bitumen sealing complete.

Weather pending (we hope those clouds aren’t anything to worry about), the bitumen will go down very soon.

The kerb and guttering is in and the engineers have advised the roads should be sealed within four weeks…providing the rain stays away.

Progress is being made! Some of the roads are sealed and electrical, phone and gas services are in.

At this point we are on track for registration late November/early December! Fingers crossed the rain doesn’t delay the progress or it could be later.
